Shipping Policy

At Land Pirate, we want your treasure to reach you fast and hassle-free. Below are the full details of how we ship every order.

All orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Processing time: 2–3 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard delivery: 4–5 business days (Monday – Friday) after your order ships.
Total time from purchase to delivery: 6–8 business days under normal conditions.

We use UPS or USPS based on your shipping zone and package size.
The chosen carrier will appear on your shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Confirmation – Sent the moment your package leaves our warehouse, including:

International shipping: Not offered. (We’re working on it—join our email list for updates!)

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs (if applicable in the future) or acts of God.

Once a tracking number shows “Delivered”, liability transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or delayed >10 business days, contact us within 14 days of the ship date for assistance.
