At Land Pirate, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges simple.


30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date (per carrier tracking) to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind, wrong size, etc.
  • We pay return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product (prepaid label provided).

No Restocking Fee We want you to be happy — zero restocking fees, ever.


Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery: Email: support@landpirate.com Include: Order #, Reason, Photos (if damaged)
  2. We reply within 24 hours with instructions.
  3. Pack & ship to: Land Pirate LLC  624 Thames Street Newport, RI 02840
  4. We inspect upon receipt.
  5. Refund issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Process (Size/Color Swap)

  1. Return the item to the address above.
  2. Include a note in the package with your desired size/color and Order #.
  3. You pay shipping to uswe pay shipping back to you.
  4. You’ll receive a tracking # within 4–5 business days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll send a replacement or full refund + cover return shipping.
